The Inclusion Project is a holistic community initiative designed to support individuals facing homelessness and social isolation. Through a comprehensive range of services—including access to showers, nutritious food, mental health support, and clothing—the project aims to restore dignity and improve the quality of life for all participants. In addition to these essential services, the project offers engaging activities such as games to foster a sense of community and belonging, creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone involved.

Financial incentives are provided to encourage sustained participation, helping individuals take meaningful steps toward stability and self-sufficiency. Led by MAGIC under the direction of Jerry Cummings, The Inclusion Project seeks to create a model of inclusivity and support that can be replicated in other communities, ultimately striving to uplift and empower those who are most vulnerable in society.
